Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Performance Marketing mit Leidenschaft
2025 has been an interesting year, full of change, challenges, and growth. Before the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to share my appreciation. Since joining Nufarm Deutschland, I have realized how fortunate I am to work with such open-minded leadership. Our Head of Marketing, Dr. Marc Stefan Frenger, and our Digital Marketing Lead, Matthias Kirchhof, have created a genuinely safe space for ideas, not only to be shared but also to be realized. Working at an agile pace within a global organization keeps our day-to-day work dynamic, progressive, and genuinely exciting. Marc has brought strong structure and clarity into the Marketing team, successfully connecting product management with marketing strategy. At the same time, we do not focus only on performance. We also value ‘work-fun balance’. Team events, celebrations, and small get-togethers make our everyday work noticeably more enjoyable than what is typical in this industry. I am especially grateful to my manager, Matthias, who has supported my career from day one. Over the past two years, we have gone through countless initiatives, trial-and-error phases, new strategies, and troubleshooting moments. One of my favorite projects, “Sun Rise,” involved multiple rounds of technical and on-page SEO optimization, improving our SEMrush Site Health from 75% to 93% between March 1st and July 31st, 2025. In Email Marketing, we reworked planning processes, optimized templates, ran A/B tests, and leveraged Einstein features, personalization, and journey optimization in Marketing Cloud. As a result, the open rate increased from 21.1% to 79.7%. On the advertising side, we streamlined campaign structures and team collaboration, achieving our best conversion rate of 12.52% through a Performance Max campaign in Google Ads. None of these results would have been possible without Matthias’ trust and support in turning strategy and analysis into execution. I also want to give a special shout-out to my work bestie Caroline Kurth. I am incredibly grateful to work with her and to learn from her, from building strong structures to driving excellent social media performance. It’s been a rewarding and meaningful year with many opportunities for growth. Thank you to everyone who has supported me on my journey to becoming a little more “Kartoffel” 🥔. It’s been a pleasure working with such an exceptional team, and I’m genuinely excited about what lies ahead for all of us. As 2026 approaches with new challenges ahead, I will continue to bring my agile mindset, curiosity, and expertise into my work. Let’s see what 2026 will bring. ✨
