Looking back at Fleet & Greet – Das Flottenforum! 🚗 Last week, we headed way up north. Together with Senger Fleet GmbH, we hosted our latest Fleet & Greet event in a truly special location: Porsche Zentrum Lübeck. Alongside some deep industry discussions, automotive fans even got an exclusive sneak peek at the new Cayenne Electric. But the real highlight? The chance to connect, share ideas, and talk on eye level. Here are our 4 key takeaways from Lübeck: 1️⃣ The human connection matters: As a software company, we live and breathe digital processes. But events like this prove that nothing can replace face-to-face conversations. 2️⃣ Moving from Excel to strategy: It’s surprising how many fleets are still managed using Excel spreadsheets. By diving deeper into Avrios, we showed how users can get even more out of the platform and automate routine tasks step-by-step, shifting fleet management from purely administrative to truly strategic. 3️⃣ Best practices & Car Policy: Our workshops made one thing very clear: a modern car policy only works if it's consistently enforced and fully aligned across all departments. 4️⃣ Electrification: When asked who already has EVs in their fleet, (almost) every single hand went up! However, how far companies have actually come on their electrification journey still varies greatly. Our workshop offered valuable best practices, covering everything from leading by example and thorough car policies to driver awareness, providing plenty of inspiration and a lively exchange of ideas. ✨ Our conclusion: Many fleet managers face the exact same challenges, but that’s where the opportunity lies.
