𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗙𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺.  Looking after Sales and Administration in our U.S. office as an Assistant is Alexandra Abellard. Since joining ShibataFenderTeam in 2020, Alexandra has played an important role in supporting the Sales Team and strengthening collaboration between our offices through her organisation, reliability, and positive attitude.    🗨️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗙𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺?  🗣️ I bring a positive attitude, reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to supporting our Sales Team both in the U.S. and internationally. I take pride in being someone my colleagues can count on, and I am always willing to learn, adapt, and help wherever I can.    🗨️ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲?  🗣️ I challenge myself every day by finding ways to improve processes and support both our Sales Team and colleagues in Spain and the U.S. I enjoy being the go-to person people can rely on and take pride in helping keep our office running smoothly. I also coordinate our company outings and team events twice a year, creating opportunities for colleagues to connect – especially when we welcome team members from our Spain office. I always prioritize what matters most while ensuring the team has the support they need to succeed.    🗨️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗙𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺?  🗣️ My advice would be to stay curious, stay organized, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Every day is an opportunity to learn something new. Build strong relationships with your teammates, always put the customer first, and be willing to help wherever you can. Your attitude and teamwork will make a difference – not only in your own success, but to the success of the entire company.    Alexandra's organisation, planning skills, and collaborative mindset make her a trusted point of contact between our offices. Whether supporting the Sales Team, coordinating colleagues across locations, or bringing people together through company events, she plays an important role in helping ShibataFenderTeam work as one team.
