When it came time to staff this summer’s soccer games in Atlanta with medical experts, it came as no surprise that they turned to Russell Gore, M.D., medical director of Shepherd Center’s Complex Concussion Clinic and the SHARE Military Initiative, to serve as neuro trauma consultant. He’s a well-known expert in treating and leading research on complex concussions, mild traumatic brain injuries, and helping people get back to the things they enjoy and meet their goals – even if that means scoring a few on the world’s biggest stage. Congrats, Dr. Gore!
