Nature has just published the latest research by our Director of Materials R&D, 薛敏涛 [Dr. Mintao Xue]. 📰 📰The paper addresses a known bottleneck in #refractorymetals: achieving ultra-high-temperature strength without losing room-temperature ductility. His study details a novel tantalum-based alloy that successfully maintains 100 MPa tensile yield strength at 2,400°C. 🌡️ For us at Addireen, deep material science is the starting point. We are directly applying this level of metallurgical expertise to our ongoing research on highly reflective and refractory metals.
