After months of hard work, we officially launched MILO (My Info Lookup Officer) at EMA’s Staff Forum today — our first GenAI assistant designed to make navigating corporate and WOG policies seamless. Built on EMA’s very own GenAI platform on the Government Commercial Cloud, MILO is just the beginning. The platform is scalable and will soon power more GenAI apps — so stay tuned for MILO Peng, MILO Gao, MILO Siew Dai (names still in the works 😉). MILO’s launch also wrapped up our Q3 Data & Digital Challenge, which brought together a flurry of innovation through the Innovation Hackathon (Innolab), the Microsoft Copilot Challenge, and our in-house GenAI-powered games — all aimed at driving experimentation and AI adoption.
