During a store visit at Getir I noticed something. One of our store managers had implemented health and safety procedures across her location that nobody had asked for. Spotless. Structured. Properly documented. In a hypergrowth business moving at that pace, that kind of initiative stood out immediately. I sat down with her. Within minutes it was clear — she wasn't in the wrong job, she was in the wrong role. Her natural instinct was process, compliance, structure. She was running a store but thinking like an ops lead. So we built a path. Started as a health and safety associate. Then manager. Funded her through proper training and qualifications. Last I heard she's a Health and Safety Director.
