When "Global Support" fails to meet the local reality. I am writing this because I have reached a dead end with Bounce support. As the founder of Sheko of Egypt, I have dedicated my time and resources to providing top-tier service to travelers in the Pyramids area. However, my experience as a partner has been severely impacted by operational negligence. Despite providing all required documentation, including my official bank statements, the support team has: Repeatedly delayed my payments without a valid reason. Failed to adhere to our agreed-upon contract terms. Incorrectly processed my company details, which has caused me significant legal and administrative issues with customs/authorities. I have been receiving generic "the team is reviewing" responses for over 72 hours, while my business faces real-world consequences. This is not just a technical error; it is a failure to support the partners who are building your network on the ground.
