Every government that commits to Universal Health Coverage (UHC) hits the same wall: needs, especially grow faster than budgets. The promise is the easy part. In our new #ALIGN Exchange piece, we look at how Thailand, the Netherlands, and Ghana each built machinery to decide what gets covered, and what separates systems that have the tools from systems that actually use them.
