Over the past two days, I had the opportunity to attend the ISACA’s AAIA Exam Item Review meeting in Chicago — an energizing and insightful experience. It was great to collaborate with fellow practitioners and experts, exchanging ideas on how to further strengthen the AAIA certification while ensuring it remains grounded in the real-world applications of AI. The discussions were thoughtful, forward-looking, and deeply practical — exactly what’s needed as the field continues to evolve at an incredible pace. I’m grateful for the chance to contribute to a certification that not only timely, but also reflects the realities of building and deploying AI responsibly and effectively.
