There’s nothing quite like seeing a school bus help deliver something even bigger than a ride to school. Sharp was proud to support the 34th Ancaster Community Food Drive by donating a bus and driver to help collect food donations from several local schools alongside the dedicated volunteer firefighters from Station 21. Students and staff came together with incredible enthusiasm, filling two full busloads of food to help support families facing food insecurity in the Hamilton community. A special thank you goes out to our team members who helped make the day possible - Candice W. for coordinating the effort and our driver Jimmy, whose positive attitude and support throughout the morning made him a true ambassador for Sharp. Thanks to the generosity of the community, this year’s Ancaster Community Food Drive collected an incredible 72,000 pounds of food for local agencies serving families in need. We’re grateful to be part of a community that shows up for one another, and proud that sometimes, a yellow school bus can help carry a whole lot of kindness. #community #communitysupport #givingback #schooltransportation
