When I look back at my 1.6 years with Cykero, it feels like opening a book filled with memories — long days, challenges, achievements, and moments that taught me more than I ever expected. When I first joined, we were a small team of around 15 people, working in a compact room, sharing ideas, building systems, and pushing ourselves day after day. Those early days were full of learning — setting targets, organising processes, and believing in a vision much bigger than us. And slowly, everything began to grow. The workload grew, the expectations grew… and the team grew even faster. Over this period, the journey turned into a story I’ll never forget: I still remember the excitement of the first day we crossed 300 devices processed and shipped — the energy in the room, the feeling of “we did it.” I remember the late evenings, working side by side with my colleagues, solving problems, improving systems, and learning to move as one team. Every small win felt huge, because we earned it together. And when we achieved a remarkable €28M turnover for future projects… it felt unreal. To know that I played even a small part in reaching something so big — that feeling stays with you. One of the most emotional moments for me was: Standing at the inauguration of the new Techno Centre, watching the first stone being placed. I wasn’t the founder, not the owner — just an employee standing there with pride, witnessing a milestone built by a collective effort. It felt like watching a dream turn into a building, brick by brick. Today, when I look around and see a team that has grown from 15 people to over 160+, it makes me proud. I saw the journey. I saw the struggle. I saw the growth. And I’m grateful I got to be part of it. To Bichoi METIAS ,Romain Palanques ,Florian Humez ,, and the entire CYKERO . family — thank you. Thank you for believing in me, guiding me, motivating me, and giving me the chance to learn and grow. Your support changed my confidence and my career. This may be the end of a chapter, but it’s not the end of my story. There is still so much more ahead — more learning, more challenges, more victories. Grateful for every memory. Proud of every step. Excited for the future. 🌟
