✨ An invaluable experience attending the ISPE GAMP UK CoP Forum, sponsored by AstraZeneca - in Cambridge. As one of only three students invited as part of the new GAMP student pilot scheme, it was a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into how AI, automation, and digital validation are transforming compliance and quality across the life sciences industry. A particular highlight was Sam Brooks roundtable on the use of consumer large language models (LLMs) - an engaging discussion on how AI can be integrated responsibly to support intelligent compliance. I also valued the chance to connect with professionals from across pharma and biotech and to see how the engineering principles we study are applied in real-world pharmaceutical contexts. Many thanks to ISPE International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, AstraZeneca, and the GAMP community for making this opportunity possible - and to Hilary Mills-Baker and Jennifer Thompson for their continued support. 🙏 This experience has strengthened my interest in working at the intersection of engineering, quality, and innovation in the life sciences. #ISPE #GAMP
