Named Velzone and based in Palanca, Luanda, this centre is more than a milestone number. It is a direct response to a gap that has existed too long. Access to medical instruments is not a luxury. 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲. The surgeon needs the right tools. The nurse needs the right equipment. The patient deserves nothing less.
