📊 From data points to direction — this internship changed how I see insight. Thrilled to complete my AI-Powered Data Analysis Internship with Excelerate, as part of the RIT Cohort 1404 (Rochester Institute of Technology), where I served as the Team Lead for an incredibly driven group of peers. 🎯 Our goal? Use real learner data to uncover why students drop off, and what we can do about it — with AI in the driver’s seat. 🛠️ What we built: • A churn prediction model (83.5% accuracy) using logistic regression & gradient boosting • An interactive dashboard with Streamlit, Pandas, and Scikit-learn • A content-based recommendation system to personalize learning paths • A final report with actionable insights to improve learner retention 📈 Feedback Highlights: ✅ 89% overall in 360° evaluation – 93% Self | 89% Peer | 84% Mentor ✅ Top ratings in ownership, time management, and communication This internship wasn’t just a project — it was a deep dive into turning raw data into real strategy.
