3 weeks ago, I was reading a post by Noel Mack, CBO of Gymshark He asked a simple question → Who are the coolest founders or CEOs you’re following right now? → Not the AI-driven, templated voices → But the ones who sound like real humans People started naming names Clint from Corteiz Carl from Nothing And I found myself scrolling the comments Then I saw a name Jasmin Alić I smiled Because I already knew him I had followed his content back in early 2023 But at that time → His ideas went completely over my head So I stopped paying attention Fast forward to now I see him again Same voice Same consistency Same clarity And something clicked He once said → “Comment on every post you see in your feed” So I tested it No overthinking Just action And it works Then I did something harder Yesterday I removed 450+ connections → Wrong audience → Wrong niche → Wrong direction Reason: lack of relevance to my niche and direction Now I’m rebuilding my LinkedIn presence intentionally For Aurum Textile For long-term positioning PS: I followed Jasmin Alić in 2023, had no clue what was going on, and now I’m back on his content like “ohhh… this is what he meant.” Better late than never. ♻️  If you found value in this, a repost helps more than you think.
