🚨 We’re Hiring! – Assistant Engineer (Electrical) 🚨 📍 Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka 🌱 Project: Waste-to-Energy (WtE) Power Plant Key Responsibilities Draft / update 2D CAD drawings (SLD, load list, cable schedules, panel schedules, earthing & lighting layouts, cable tray routing, and as-builts). Perform basic electrical calculations (load summation, cable sizing & voltage drop, breaker/fuse selection, transformer/UPS sizing, earthing checks, lighting point calculations). Prepare BOM/MTO; manage mark-ups, redlines, and maintain drawing/revision registers. Handle document control (file naming, versioning, transmittals, trackers, MOMs, correspondence). Coordinate with vendors/partners; maintain action logs and schedule trackers. Assist with I/O list, equipment list, datasheets, and QA checklists. Qualifications Diploma in Electrical Engineering (recognized institute). 0–3 years’ experience (strong CAD skills highly valued). Software: AutoCAD (required), MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Nice-to-have: ETAP/EPLAN, Dialux, Navisworks. Able to read electrical drawings/standards; detail-oriented; good English. Sinhala/Tamil a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits.
