Last week I had the privilege of designing and facilitating our monthly Satsang on Work Life Balance for a room full of incredible managers and leaders. Jaate jaate ek hi cheez dimag mein thi — when people feel truly valued and given ownership of their own reflections, magic happens. And magic is exactly what happened. We didn’t sit through slides. We moved, we debated, we laughed, thoda uncomfortable bhi hue — and in the quietest moment of the room, we reflected deeply on the lives we are actually living versus the lives we want to live. Jo maine us room mein dekha — it was not just a workshop. It was a room full of leaders giving themselves permission to be a themselves first. Yahi toh hoti hai asli culture building — one where we don’t just perform for each other but actually show up for each other. Where reflection is not a weakness but a leadership skill. Where balance is not a policy but a daily decision we make together. Jab log apne aap ko valued feel karte hain, jab unhe ownership milti hai apni journey ki — they don’t just participate. They transform. Aur woh transformation — woh shift jo maine logon ki aankhon mein dekha — reminded me why I do this work. Us room mein jo bhi the — thank you for your honesty, your courage and your openness. Aapne sirf ek workshop attend nahi ki. Aapne milke kuch banaya.
