The spirit of devotion, celebration, and togetherness came alive at SGT University as the campus witnessed a vibrant Rath Yatra organized by the Students’ Welfare Centre in association with ISKCON. The divine celebration commenced with the ceremonial lamp lighting at the SGT Shiv Temple, followed by soulful bhajan and kirtan that filled the atmosphere with devotion. The sacred idols were then ceremoniously placed on the beautifully adorned Rath, followed by the auspicious aarti, before the yatra began. The Rath Yatra gracefully traversed the university campus, making halts at Block A, Block E, the Boys’ Hostel, SGT Hospital, Annapurna Mess, the Girls’ Hostel, and Block D, spreading blessings and spiritual joy at every stop. Students, faculty, and staff enthusiastically joined the procession, dancing to devotional chants, showering marigold petals, and celebrating the occasion with immense faith and happiness. The divine journey concluded with the distribution of Prasad, leaving everyone with hearts full of gratitude, positivity, and cherished memories.
