We were the first watch brand on Instagram in 2012. At the it was what put us on the map and made us part of the conversation. However, despite the success we owe to social media, we knew never to neglect our analog business. Algorithms, accounts and brands on every corner coupled with our declining attention span as a society is making it increasingly difficult to reach ones audience. Getting your share of voice and cutting through the noice isn’t as easy as it once was. Audiences are becoming overwhelmed ad ad and image fatigue is making them crave analog experiences. In times like these, we’re reminded we made the right choice: analog business is never out of fashion. However, we also see it as a constant push to innovate, standout even more and try new platforms and alternative medias. Sometimes its worth it to take the road less traveled, explore a communication channel that hasn’t achieved mainstream status- it was back in 2012!
