𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞🏆 I am deeply humbled and incredibly grateful. 🙏 At the HBS Postgraduate Research Symposium 2026, I had the honour of receiving 4 Postgraduate Staff Excellence Awards across three categories: 🏆 Inspirational Teaching 🏆 Exceptional Professionalism & Service 🏆 Exceptional Administrative & Pastoral Support Recognition like this is never expected, but always deeply meaningful. Teaching is not just a profession for me. It is a calling. Every student that walks through the door carries potential that it is my privilege to help unlock, and moments like these remind me why I chose this path. The moment that truly filled my heart at this year's Symposium was watching my students shine. I am incredibly proud to share that students from the MSc Business Analytics and Consultancy programme claimed 1st and 2nd Place in the Client Project Presentation Awards within the Business Analytics and Consultancy strand, Syed Haitam Amjad Banoori and Sandra Mbah. A truly outstanding achievement that reflects the dedication and hard work they have poured into their studies.🌟 Their success is not mine; it belongs entirely to them. Their dedication, resilience, and brilliance made it happen. Seeing them stand at the top filled me with a pride that no award could match. To my students, past and present, thank you for making this journey worthwhile. You are the reason I do what I do. To my colleagues and the University of Hertfordshire, thank you for this recognition and for creating an environment where both staff and students can truly excel.
