We're hiring Design Leads at Function Health This is a role for systems thinkers and architects who shape what gets built — from ambiguous brief to shipped product. Function is building the new standard of proactive, personalized health management. The design challenge is genuinely hard. What we're looking for: Player-coaches who produce exceptional work themselves and elevate the people around them. Designers with a track record of zero-to-one product work at scale. And the kind of builder where AI is already a native part of how they design — not a future consideration, not a side experiment. You build functional prototypes with it. You design for agentic experiences with it. You can lead a team in this direction. If your portfolio shows strong craft but shallow product thinking, this won't be a good fit. If you're not actively working with AI tools today, this isn't the role.
