March for DAIversity made one thing clear: AI and diversity are not separate conversations, they shape each other! 🤝 Over the past weeks, we brought both together – from hands-on sessions on bias and trust in AI to open discussions about what it means to work with this “new colleague.” Because AI doesn’t just support how we work, it reflects how we think. The future of work isn’t just about more tech – it’s about responsibility, inclusion and keeping a strong human focus. AI may sound confident, but that doesn’t mean it’s right. It can scale decisions, but not always fairly. Building AI capabilities also means building the awareness to question what we see. At the same time, the opportunity is real. With the right approach, AI helps us move faster, think broader, and create more meaningful impact.
