Exhausting but successful – and once again a record year for us: With revenue rising from €818M to €866M (+6%), we’ve closed the 2024/25 fiscal year on a high – despite challenging economic conditions. What powered this growth? 📌 Creative Excellence: strong creative momentum – including standout recognition at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and, for the first time ever, a place on the Ad Age A-List as “Independent Agency Network of the Year.” 📌 House of AI: our group-wide initiative has developed into a fully integrated ecosystem, embedding AI into our workflows, campaigns, and media solutions. 📌 Internationalization: With the establishment of our #HouseOfCommunication in London and the full integration of Total Media as Mediaplus UK, we have significantly strengthened our international presence. Alongside financial growth, we achieved historic highs in both client and employee satisfaction. A huge thank you to everyone around the globe who contributed to this achievement – clients, partners and above all our colleagues at Mediaplus Group, Plan.Net Group, #Serviceplan, and Saint Elmo's!
