Giving back, one outfit at a time ✨👗💙    Dress for Success NSW & ACT has been a valued charity partner of Service NSW for many years, supporting women to achieve economic independence through access to workplace attire, career support and development tools, all provided at no cost to the women who need it most. Recently, the Richmond Service Centre team cleared out of their wardrobes and rallied generous contributions from their local community, donating quality clothing and accessories to support women entering or returning to the workforce. From these donations alone, around 20 complete work-ready outfits can be created, with another donation already planned for July.   The impact of this support was brought to life when a Service NSW team member attended an International Women’s Day event in Blacktown. Women supported by Dress to Success shared their personal journeys and took part in a catwalk showcasing their workwear. Seeing the confidence each woman carried and learning how every outfit is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, highlighted the powerful role Dress for Success plays in helping women prepare for the workforce.     We’re proud of our colleagues who continue to support initiatives that create confidence, opportunity and lasting change.
