Last week, the Dubbo Service NSW team spent an evening cooking and serving dinner for more than 35 people staying at Macquarie Homestay. 💛🍽️ This initiative is something the team takes on in their own time, from prepping food at home to serving on the night. This was their third visit, with the next already locked in for August! Macquarie Homestay provides affordable accommodation for people and families across Western NSW who need access to Dubbo’s medical facilities. It’s a locally run service making a huge difference for those travelling long distances for care. For the Dubbo team, giving back is not only a way to support the community, but also a chance to build a strong, positive team culture outside of the workplace. A massive thank you to the whole team for continuing to show up for their community and each other. Your kindness continues to make a real impact across Western NSW.
