Foundation sprint day 1 complete! We wrapped up the first half of a powerful two-day workshop with Dominik Gmeiner, a product leader who believed in Servanda early. Over 5 focused hours, we mapped out: - Our top customer segment = legal tech teams building customer-facing tools - The core problem = accessing valid and structured legal data - Our unique advantage = combining ML expertise with legal insight - Our product bet = ACE: Automated Consolidation Engine delivered via API Dominik didn’t just bring structure, he challenged us, shared hard-earned wisdom, and helped us focus on what matters most. We now have a clear direction, sharper hypotheses, and stronger team alignment. Tomorrow we keep going. But for now, we pause, reflect, and appreciate the value of asking the right questions.
