Yeni açılacak bayilerimize yönelik Jeep Satış Sonrası Eğitim Programını Bursa Tofaş Akademi ’de başarıyla gerçekleştirdik. İlk gün Jeep ürün gamı, segment yapısı ve ICE, elektrikli ile hibrit teknolojilere odaklandık. İkinci gün ise garanti süreçleri ile müşteri deneyimi ve kalite standartlarını satış sonrası operasyonlar kapsamında ele aldık. Bu program ile bayilerimizin satış sonrası operasyonlara güçlü ve standartlara uyumlu bir başlangıç yapmasını hedefliyoruz. On the first day, we focused on the Jeep product range, segments, and key technologies including ICE, electric and hybrid systems. On the second day, we covered warranty processes as well as customer experience and quality standards within after-sales operations.
