After nearly a decade at trifermed, Maria Clara Leal Nascimento Silva embarks on a new chapter. And while her message is filled with gratitude and curiosity, I want to take a moment to share what her journey has meant to all of us. Clara joined trifermed in 2011 and became much more than a team member, she was a key architect of our development in Latin America. Together with Roy Bateman and myself, she helped lead initiatives that united companies across the region around a shared vision of innovation, purpose, and impact. Projects like the "Alliance For Life" were not just business milestones, they were expressions of a deeper mission: to improve lives through collaboration and strategic partnerships. Working with Clara has been a masterclass in commitment, empathy, and strategic thinking. She brought her whole self to the work, always focused, always thoughtful, always driven by the belief that health innovation must serve people. As she moves forward, I have no doubt Clara will continue to bring extraordinary value wherever she goes. Because that’s who she is: someone who learns, connects, and uplifts, someone who adds value not just to business, but to life itself. Clara, thank you for all we shared and built together.
