The Company uses its own Knowledge Graph AI platform to automatically match candidates and reduce time to fill roles, particularly focusing on the mining, energy and technology sectors. The capital raised will provide Hiremii with the capacity to leverage its technology capability and human capital resourcing expertise across Asia Pacific, Australia and the Americas, offering strong growth and synergy opportunities. The Placement comprised 42.0 million fully paid ordinary shares in the Company issued at a price of $0.042 to sophisticated and professional investors.
