Cancer cells can play tricks—releasing “decoy” molecules that lure therapies away before they hit their target. A team led by Prof. Chang-Han Lee found a way around this, designing immune cells that ignore the decoys and stay locked onto real cancer cells. The team also improved how long these engineered cells stay active and made them easier to produce—bringing cell therapy a step closer to real-world use.   Published in Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy: https://lnkd.in/gNEZCC_h   #SNUResearch #SignalTransductionandTargetedTherapy #CARTherapy #NKCells #CancerResearch
