🎙️ 지난 7월 7일, 새롭게 문을 연 SVC 서울에서 진행된 「CES 혁신상 수상전략 교육 및 역량강화 지원」 프로그램에 연사로 참여했습니다. 김벤처러스 김현성 대표님의 제안으로 ‘CES 2026 최고혁신상 수상 사례’ 세션을 맡아, 긱스로프트가 CES를 준비했던 과정과 실제 경험, 그리고 그 과정에서 얻은 인사이트를 공유했습니다. 창업진흥원, KOTRA, 중소벤처기업부, K-Startup이 함께한 이번 프로그램에는 현장과 온라인을 포함해 200여 명이 넘는 분들이 참석해 주셨습니다. 개인적으로 많은 분들 앞에서 이야기하는 일은 여전히 떨리고 어렵습니다. 그럼에도 CES를 준비하고 계신 다른 기업분들께 저희의 경험이 작게나마 도움이 되었으면 하는 마음으로 이번 자리에 참여했습니다. CES는 제가 긱스로프트에 입사한 후 처음으로 맡았던 큰 프로젝트 중 하나였습니다. 그 프로젝트가 CES 2026 최고혁신상 수상이라는 의미 있는 결과로 이어지고, 이제는 그 과정에서 배우고 경험한 것들을 다른 분들과 나눌 수 있게 되었다는 점이 개인적으로도 참 뜻깊고 감사했습니다. 같은 IT 업계와 스타트업 현장에서 CES를 준비하거나 관심을 가지고 계신 많은 분들과 직접 소통할 수 있었던 것도 좋은 경험이었습니다. CES를 직접 준비하고 실행하는 과정도 큰 배움이었지만, 그 경험을 다시 정리해 다른 분들께 전달하는 과정에서도 또 다른 배움을 얻을 수 있었습니다. 좋은 자리를 제안해주신 김현성 대표님과 함께해주신 관계자분들, 그리고 현장과 온라인으로 참석해주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다. - 🎙️ On July 7, I joined the CES Innovation Awards Strategy and Capacity-Building Program as a speaker at the newly opened SVC Seoul. Following an invitation from Brian Kim, CEO of Kim Venturous, I led a session on Geeks Loft’s CES 2026 Best of Innovation Award journey, sharing how we prepared for CES, what we experienced throughout the process, and the lessons we learned along the way. The program, held with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Republic of Korea, 대한민국 중소벤처기업부, KISED (Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development), KOTRA, and K-Startup, brought together more than 200 participants both online and in person. Speaking in front of a large audience is still something that makes me nervous. Nevertheless, I was glad to take part in the hope that our experience could be of some help to other companies preparing for CES. CES was one of the first major projects I took on after joining Geeks Loft. That journey led to receiving the CES 2026 Best of Innovation Award, and being able to now share what we learned with other professionals and companies felt especially meaningful and rewarding. It was also a valuable opportunity to connect with people across the technology and startup community who are preparing for CES or exploring global opportunities. Preparing for and executing CES was a major learning experience in itself. Looking back on that journey and turning it into practical insights for others became another meaningful learning experience for me.
