"I think AI is great". 🚀 This was a key statement of Helmut Schmeink in our conversation regarding the future of #NDT Recently we had an interesting conversation with Helmut Schmeink from the SLV Duisburg - Maximilian Topp and Johannes Brunk from sentin asked him about young #talents and the #education of NDT experts 👥 📝 To the question "How do you see the new generation and the influence of the #demographic change on NDT?" Helmut Schmeink writes: "Our course participants come from a wide #variety of #industrial sectors, such as plant or mechanical engineering, steel or pipeline construction, and are supervised with a wide variety of tasks. Independent testing, the supervision of tests or the planning of a design suitable for testing are just a few examples." The answer makes the #challenges of the next generation of NDT talents and technology clear.
