Following our recognition as winner of the 2025 Dutch Innovation Prize (Large Company category), Sensata Hengelo hosted members of the local Business Association, Industriële Kring Twente (IKT), for an event focused on engineering excellence, innovation and talent management. The session brought together organizations from across the region to share practical insights on engineering innovation, as well as attracting and developing talent. Through panel discussions and product demonstrations, our teams shared how innovation is delivered in practice and learned from the experiences of others operating in the Twente business community.
