Authenticity isn’t something you can direct. From the very first briefing, one thing was clear to me: “Let’s not show who we’d like to be. Let’s show who we truly are.” From that moment on, I knew what this film had to be about. Not perfect shots. Not another polished corporate video. But our people. Colleagues, who shape our company every day, and their families, who support them along the way. No actors. No scripted lines. Just real people, real stories, and genuine moments.
