The 4th Senior Housing & Healthcare Summit is behind us — and what an edition it was. ✨ If there is one phrase that captures this year’s Summit best, it is this: long-term approach. Over 100 leaders from across Europe and beyond met in Brussels for high-level discussions, meaningful networking and a shared focus on what comes next for senior housing and healthcare. 🌍 The message was clear: 🔹 Long-term commitment to people and quality of life. 🔹 Long-term capital aligned with demographic reality. 🔹 Long-term partnerships between private and public actors. 🔹 Long-term trust between investors, operators, developers, policymakers and care providers. 🔹 Long-term vision to turn the interconnected world of living, care and cure into something people can actually experience. This is where the sector is heading: from individual projects to platforms, from market conversations to ecosystem thinking, from ambition to delivery. The Summit showed a community with the maturity, expertise and determination to shape that future together. 💪 A huge thank you to all speakers, moderators and participants who brought such insight, leadership and energy to Brussels: Hans Dubois, Marc Abels, Isabelle Clerc, Candice Blackwood, Tessa Van Montfort, Raoul Thomassen, Amanda Nurse, Thomas Atherton, Nikolai Schmidt, Michael Hodges, Kasper Wehner, Yeliz Bicici, Alexander Fröse, Philippa Kellar, Kip Sloane, Eugene Marchese, Samantha Rowland FRICS, Ali Hamandi, Dr. Philip Huperz, Ron van Bloois, Sylwia Ziemacka, Kevin Beirne, Howard Nankivell, Frédéric Durousseau, ANDY SCHAAL, LL.M., Liana Frank, David K.
