Power Your Career – Empowering Women in Power Electronics ⚡ What happens when strong talent, curious leadership, and open dialogue come together? You create energy. Last week, the Power Electronics Leadership Team met with 12 talented women from across the organization - bringing diverse perspectives together around one shared ambition: growth. Rikke Jørgensen (Global Head of HR) set the tone: “Don’t wait until you feel ready. Growth happens because you take the step – not before.” Natalie Schnippering (VP, Solutions) highlighted the value of authenticity in leadership, while Johannes Krapp (SVP, Industry) reminded us of our shared responsibility to challenge non-inclusive leadership behaviors. Andrea Hernandez (Head of Strategy and Sustainability, Drives Business) added a practical perspective on visibility, courage, and balancing career and life - with messages that clearly resonated. What stood out most was the quality of the dialogue. Open, honest, and across levels - combined with new connections across teams, locations, and backgrounds.
