His visible, hands-on leadership creates a culture where people thrive and customers receive consistently exceptional service. From leading the successful rollout of seven new stores to driving a remarkable improvement in passenger spend, Gareth continues to raise the bar for operational excellence. ⭐ Chef Joel Lau (Hong Kong) – Airport Chef of the Year With more than 30 years of culinary leadership, Chef Joel combines world-class expertise, innovation and sustainability to create exceptional dining experiences across Hong Kong, Thailand and the Philippines. His passion for mentoring teams, championing quality and embracing diverse cuisines has earned the respect of colleagues, partners and travellers alike.
