Fly.Learn.Grow, our flagship colleague development programme, recently brought together eight colleagues from across Asia Pacific for an immersive learning experience in Hong Kong. This award-winning initiative continues to transform careers and strengthen our culture by enabling colleagues to learn from different markets, broaden their perspectives, and build meaningful regional connections.   Colleagues from operations and a range of support functions came together to exchange ideas, share operational insights, and deepen collaboration across markets. Each participant followed a tailored immersive learning plan aligned to their individual development goals, while also collaborating on a cross-functional project to identify and unlock new value for the business. The project demonstrated how greater impact can be achieved when Marketing, Purchasing, Finance, People, and Operations work together as one team.   The group explored our Hong Kong International Airport operations, gaining valuable first-hand insights into one of the region’s key hubs, and also embraced a cultural experience through a hands-on Xiao Long Bao-making workshop at our restaurant at The Peak – creating memorable moments while strengthening connections. We look forward to seeing participants bring fresh perspectives, inspiration, and new learnings back to their home teams as we continue to grow and learn together across SSP Asia Pacific.   A special thank you to our HK and APAC team for their passion and dedication in driving Fly.Learn.Grow. and making each experience such a success.
