At the Airbus site in Montoir-de-Bretagne, this knowledge transfer takes on a very tangible form. For nearly ten years, Adrien has been working at the heart of Airbus programmes. Today, he is passing on to Inès what he has learnt on the job: expertise, rigour, professionalism and that ability to adapt to the unexpected, which often makes all the difference.  “When I was asked to mentor someone, I was delighted to know that I’d be able to pass on my knowledge.” In return, Inès brings a fresh perspective, new methods and a constant desire to learn.
