Geçen hafta itibarıyla, yaklaşık 2.5 yıl boyunca uzun dönem üretim mühendisliği stajyeri olarak görev yaptığım Norm Fasteners – Somun Üretim biriminden ayrılıyorum. Bu süre boyunca soğuk şekillendirme süreçlerini yakından tanıma, somun üretiminin tüm aşamalarını öğrenme ve bitirdiğim soğuk şekillendirme hata tipleri analizi tez çalışmamı sahadaki tecrübelerle destekleme fırsatı buldum. Hem mesleki hem de kişisel açıdan benim için çok değerli bir dönemdi. Çalışmalarım boyunca desteklerini hissettiğim Üretim Yöneticisi Sezgin Topaç’a ve Üretim Müdürü Koray Sarkan’a teşekkür etmek isterim. Birlikte çalışmaktan memnuniyet duyduğum iş arkadaşlarım Kübra Çankaya Yaman, Nuray Bozok Kuşlu ve Emre Alanbay’a da ekip içindeki destekleri ve yardımları için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Norm Fasteners Somun ailesi, çalışma hayatına adım attığım ilk yer olarak benim için her zaman özel bir yerde olacak. As of last week, I am concluding my role as a long-term Production Engineering Intern at Norm Fasteners – Nut Manufacturing, where I have spent approximately 2.5 years. During this period, I had the opportunity to closely observe cold forming processes, learn the full stages of nut production, and support the cold forming defect analysis thesis I have been preparing with real production experience. This time has been highly valuable for me both professionally and personally. I would like to thank Production Executive Sezgin Topaç and Production Manager Koray Sarkan for their support throughout my work here. I am also grateful to my colleagues Kübra Çankaya Yaman, Nuray Bozok Kuşlu, and Emre Alanbay for their collaboration and support within the team. Norm Fasteners Somun has been the first step in my professional career, and it will always hold a special place for me. I believe the experience I have gained here will continue to guide me in the years ahead. I would like to thank the entire Norm family for the working environment and the value they have added to me throughout this journey. I hope our paths cross again in future. Sincerely.
