💡 Nasscom NTLF 2026 - My perspective and takeaways 1) Industry leaders are still trying to crack ROI at scale for their AI initiatives. GCC's/SI's need to urgently rethink their service offerings in this new era. 2) Young talent without legacy bias is the workforce of the future. True innovation stems from here. 3) Trillions of dollars' worth of opportunities lies ahead due to the potential of AI. India can be in the forefront of grabbing these opportunities, due to the availability of talent and sheer scale of the market. 4) Time to be bold and make bold choices in terms of tooling, architecture etc. Legacy is inevitably going to be replaced, we must change, and change quickly to win the race! 5) Human empathy, trust building and inclusion in an AI enabled world is arguably even more important than building tech skills. In this mad world of "Everything, everywhere all at once" collective cluelessness is also collective opportunity. Rhett Butler in Gone with the Wind says - “I told you once before that there were two times for making big money, one in the up-building of a country and the other in its destruction. Slow money on the up-building, fast money in the crack-up” I don't see why this would not apply to AI adoption. #ntlf2026 #nasscom #AI #FutureOfTech #GCC #Change
