Following the The Scottish Government update “Helping Scotland’s Families” published on 21 May 2026, SEET has produced a short implementation observation note examining barriers affecting awareness and uptake of family support services in Scotland. The note focuses on operational accessibility, service visibility, navigation pathways, public trust, and practical engagement barriers that can emerge between policy intention and end user uptake.
