Great to continue as a non-resident fellow at Baker Institute Center for Energy Studies (CES). Thanks to Ambassador David Satterfield, Director Ken Medlock, Gabriel Collins, Melissa Vossler, Christene Kimmel, Laura Grobe, Jim Krane, Ted Loch-Temzelides, and the entire team at Baker for a great two years and for keeping me on for more! In my first two years at Rice, I have learned a tremendous amount from the team, attended the Baker Botts Energy Summits, established seminars for using Korea-Japan energy policy, and wrote several energy-related articles, both solo and in collaboration with Asia-lead Gabe Collins. I look forward to collaborating with our new fellow from Korea’s utility company KOSPO Power Services who arrives July 1 to expand our Korea and Northeast Asia-related research and programming.
