The project achieved a record-setting BREEAM sustainability score of 98.36%, underscoring its status as one of the most energy-efficient office buildings in the world. Equipped with over 30,000 integrated smart sensors, The Edge continuously monitors light, temperature, motion, and occupancy to create a responsive and energy-optimised environment.
