P*A bit instagramish friendship post alert* Attributed to the beautiful memories of recent friendship as a proof that the universe can bring the most lasting, soulful connections into your life when you least expect it. 🤍 They say that after a certain age, it becomes rarer to find deep, instant connections. But sometimes, professional events bring far more than just networking opportunities as they bring beautiful twists of fate that connect people from entirely different places. Just one day before of the #nationalpolicydialogue event, while sitting in the hotel lobby and enjoying my time there with some friends, suddenly a wonderful young colleague and beautiful lady, Asuman, walked right up to me. What followed was a conversation that lasted for hours, feeling as though we had known each other for a lifetime. Her vibrant energy, sweet nature, and the pure excitement she holds for our profession didn’t just take me down memory lane, it acted as a fresh wave of inspiration and hope for me. For three wonderful days, we shared deep conversations, acting not just as colleagues, but as a sister and a truly close friend. We laughed, we shared, and we genuinely had the best time✨ What we found isn't just a standard professional connection. It’s a completely different kind of force, one filled with genuine love, a rare friendship, and an unexplainable cosmic click. To my dear friend, çiçeğim Asuman Aksoy... I am already so impatient for our next destinations. Whether we are meeting in Ankara, Antakya, Istanbul, Brighton, or anywhere else our journeys take us, I know it will be incredibly special. Thank you for bringing your beautiful light into my life! Here is to the magic of new beginnings and a bond that is built to stay forever. 🕊️✨ P.S: A huge thank you to the JW Marriott Hotel Ankara for their warm hospitality that made every moment so seamless! As a #bonus: It was also an incredible coincident that I met one of my lovely students from almost a decade ago, who was happily working there as a guest relations staff! Ela Arslan and I felt super proud !
