New video on the proposed #Section2209 drone flight restrictions! In May 2026, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) published a Section 2209 Notice of Proposed Rulemaking establishing a process by which critical infrastructure entities can obtain flight restrictions for uncrewed aircraft systems (#UAS) above their facilities.
