From Seed to Strength: A Journey with Headstream by SecondMuse Psyche Care helps families of youth facing complex mental health challenges navigate the journey after a crisis. When psyche care joined the Headstream Innovation Accelerator, a program powered by SecondMuse. They had raised less than USD $24K and were still shaping their product, purpose, and path forward. Through the support of Headstream—including USD $30K in catalytic capital—Psyche Care has now raised USD $560K (*as of July 2025). Their care navigation model, built to guide families from crisis to clarity, begins with a complimentary consultation and symptom evaluation, followed by a personalized roadmap that connects caregivers to the most suitable resources. From peer coaching to group learning, Psyche equips families with the guidance, tools, and support they need to move forward. The team entered with early ideas and left with a clearer mission, trusted advisors, and a development approach rooted in youth co-creation. Working alongside young people helped reshape how their product supports relational health and how they communicate with both youth and caregivers. Co-Founder and CEO, Mallika Reddy Pajjuri mentioned: “We went from being a team with very low confidence in ourselves and what we were doing… to being paired with some of the best-in-class advisors, best-in-class youth co-creators to really validate our mission, our values, our product and our direction...
