🎉 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸!   🕰️ Lausanne’s tramway network first launched in 1896 and became a key part of the city’s public transport system – until it was discontinued in 1964, after nearly 70 years of operation.   👀 Since several weeks, meaning more than 60 years later, you can catch a glimpse of tramways running through Lausanne again! We are proud to have contributed to this amazing project by equipping the substations along the line with our key traction power supply solutions. ⚡   🏗️ Behind the scenes: delivering and installing the equipment was particularly challenging due to the limited space available on site. It even required the use of a very particular crane, being the only one of its type in Switzerland!   👏 We are excited to see tramways becoming part of Lausanne’s landscape once again.
