Today marks my 10-year work anniversary. It’s funny to look back and remember that I once almost said no to this opportunity. Today, I truly wouldn’t have it any other way. Ten years!! A milestone that feels both surreal and deeply rewarding. ✨🤍 Looking back, working across different roles and markets has shown me that while people and cultures are diverse, the desire for a better life at home is something we all share. 🏡 🛋️ If there’s one constant throughout this journey, it’s been the learning. Every role has challenged me to grow, every market has broadened my perspective, and every success and every mistake has shaped the leader I am today. To the many colleagues, leaders, mentors, and teams I’ve had the privilege of learning with - thank you.
